Terms of Service

Mindbloom Wellness is an online platform that connects individuals ("clients") with independent wellness coaches. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service in full.

All coaches listed on Mindbloom Wellness are independent professionals who operate as self-employed service providers. They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Mindbloom Wellness. The platform serves solely as a marketplace to facilitate the discovery and booking of coaching services.

Mindbloom Wellness does not direct, supervise, or control the services provided by coaches during sessions. Any coaching relationship formed is exclusively between the client and the coach.

Sessions can be booked directly through the platform. Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation notification with session details.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within this 24-hour window may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the full session cost, at the coach's discretion.

Coaches reserve the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be notified as early as possible and offered a full refund or an opportunity to reschedule at no additional charge.

We want every client to feel confident in trying Mindbloom Wellness. That's why we offer a First Session Satisfaction Guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your very first coaching session on the platform, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the session's end time.

To initiate a refund under this guarantee, please contact our support team at support@mindbloomwellness.com with your booking reference and a brief description of your concern. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Beyond the first-session guarantee, sessions that have been delivered are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at Mindbloom Wellness's sole discretion in cases of verified technical failures attributable to the platform, or documented misconduct by a coach.

Mindbloom Wellness conducts a multi-step vetting process for all coaches before they are listed on the platform. This process may include verification of credentials, relevant experience, background checks, and an onboarding interview.

While we take reasonable steps to ensure that coaches meet our standards, Mindbloom Wellness does not warrant, guarantee, or represent the accuracy of information provided by coaches, the quality or outcome of any coaching session, or the suitability of a particular coach for your individual needs.

Results from coaching are inherently subjective and personal. Progress, improvements, or outcomes depend on many individual factors, and Mindbloom Wellness cannot and does not guarantee any specific result.

Mindbloom Wellness treats all coaching sessions and associated communications as private. The content of your sessions — including what you share with your coach — is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit written consent.

Coaches listed on our platform are required, as a condition of their engagement, to maintain strict client confidentiality in line with applicable professional standards.

Please note that while sessions are private, coaches may be legally obligated to disclose information in limited circumstances — such as when there is a credible risk of harm to you or others, or when disclosure is required by a court order or applicable law.

All payments on the Mindbloom Wellness platform are processed securely through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms of Service. Mindbloom Wellness does not store your payment card details.

Sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. All prices displayed on the platform are inclusive of applicable taxes.

By using the platform, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting Mindbloom Wellness support and allowing a reasonable period (no less than 7 business days) to resolve the matter. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication may result in suspension of your account and potential recovery action for amounts disputed.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Mindbloom Wellness reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
