Things coaches ask before applying
Is there a fee to join or a commission taken from sessions?
There is no upfront fee to join. A small platform commission applies per session — this covers scheduling, payment processing, and client acquisition. Full details are shared during the onboarding conversation.
Can I keep my own independent clients alongside Mind Bloom clients?
Absolutely. Mind Bloom is an addition to your practice, not a replacement. Many of our coaches run their own independent work alongside their Mind Bloom sessions.
What certifications do you accept?
We accept certifications from recognised bodies including ANLP, ICF-affiliated NLP programs, and other internationally accredited institutes. If you’re unsure whether yours qualifies, apply anyway and we’ll let you know.
How many clients can I expect per month?
This grows over time as your profile builds reviews and session history. New coaches typically see 3–6 client enquiries in their first month. Coaches with strong profiles and good reviews often see significantly more.
What happens if a client needs clinical support beyond coaching?
We have a clear referral protocol. If a client’s needs go beyond what NLP coaching can address, coaches are supported in making that referral gracefully and safely. We never expect coaches to operate outside their scope.
